- Delivery time
- 8 weeks from receipt of payment. Every machine is freshly built after you order, made to your configuration, and technically tested before dispatch.
- Payment
- In the shop by bank transfer, SEPA direct debit or invoice, with a 3% cash discount when you pay the full amount. For direct enquiries also 50% down payment and 50% before delivery, without a cash discount.
- Leasing
- On request through our partner leasing companies, with a 50% down payment. How financing works
- Service
- Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm, remote maintenance and on-site technicians. Saturday emergency service until 6 pm, free of charge for customers.
- Stock
- Buy your product range wherever you like. We take care of restocking if you wish.
- Customers
- We sell exclusively to companies and traders. All prices are net.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a vending machine cost?
In the shop, prices start at 3,500 euros net. Snack and drinks vending machines are available from 4,800 euros, coffee, frozen food and micro market machines from 6,500 to 7,000 euros. How long does delivery take?
8 weeks from receipt of payment. Every machine is freshly built for you. We deliver throughout Europe and agree the date with you in advance.
Can I pay in instalments or lease?
For direct enquiries we split the payment: 50% with the order, 50% before delivery. We arrange leasing through partner leasing companies; the down payment is always 50%. The cash discount only applies when you pay the full amount. Details on the page Financing.
Do I have to buy my stock from you?
No. Buy your product range wherever you like. We take care of restocking if you wish.
Do I need a permit?
On your own premises, a business registration is usually sufficient. In public spaces you also need a special use permit. The rules differ from country to country. More in our guide Setting up a vending machine.
Do you also sell to private individuals?
No, only to companies and traders.
