- With a smart fridge, the member opens the door, takes what they need, and camera and weight sensors charge them. It feels like a fridge in the gym, just with a till.
- Cashless
- Members pay by card or smartphone. Cash can be added, but is rarely needed in a gym.
- Little space
- Compact models start at around 73 cm wide and fit next to the reception or in the lounge area.
- Additional revenue
- You decide the product range and prices yourself. The sales overview shows what sells well in your gym, so you can adjust the range.
How we plan with you
Requirements
Number of members, opening hours, floor space and desired product range. A phone call is usually enough.
Proposal
Which machines, which locations, which product range. With a quotation as a PDF for purchasing and management.
Production
From production release, with a custom design after you approve the draft. The delivery time is stated in the quotation, and there are photos of every machine before shipping.
Operation
Delivery, set-up and instruction on request. After that, support via remote access and an on-site appointment if needed.
Suitable machines
For most gyms, a chilled drinks or Snack vending machine. If you want to offer fresh products, choose a smart fridge, and for the lounge add a Coffee vending machine to it.

Does a vending machine pay off in our gym?
That depends mainly on the number of visits per day. We work it out with you based on your figures before you buy anything.
Can we sell freshly mixed protein shakes?
Freshly mixed shakes are not part of our range. You sell ready-to-drink protein shakes chilled from the drinks vending machine or the smart fridge.
Who restocks the machine?
Your team or a service provider of your choice. You buy the goods wherever you like, there is no tie to goods from VendSpot.
What do we need at the location?
A standard socket and a level floor. For telemetry, the machine connects via mobile network or Wi-Fi.
