Production
From production release, with a custom design after you approve the draft. The delivery time is stated in the quotation, and there are photos of every machine before shipping.
Operation
Delivery, set-up and instruction on request. After that, support via remote access and an on-site appointment if needed.

This is governed by medicines and pharmacy law, and the rules differ depending on the product. Please clarify in advance with your chamber of pharmacists which products you may hand out via the machine.
How does collection work?
You place the pre-ordered goods in the compartment. The customer opens it after payment or with a code and takes out their order.
Can the machine be built into the outer wall?
That depends on the building. We check the location with you, for example in the entrance area or lobby.
How long does delivery take?
The delivery time is stated in your quotation and runs from production release. Every machine is newly built to your configuration.
