From the Netherlands to Italy, from France to Poland: we deliver vending machines to businesses all over Europe. Every machine is built to your configuration, delivered with insurance by freight forwarder and commissioned via remote access.
What applies to deliveries abroad
- One shipping price for Europe
- Shipping costs €300 net per machine, within Germany and to other European countries alike. The forwarder delivers with insurance, by truck, rail or ship depending on the route.
- Invoice without German VAT
- We supply companies with a valid VAT ID from another EU country as an intra-Community supply without German VAT. We verify your number before invoicing.
- Entry certificate
- After delivery, you briefly confirm to us in writing that the machine has arrived. This entry certificate (Gelangensbestätigung) is the proof for the tax-exempt supply.
- Power and plug
- The machines run on 230 V and 50 Hz, the standard in Europe. Where other sockets are common, we clarify the right plug in the quotation.
- German or English
- Quotations, invoices and support are available in German or English. Our website is also available in English.
- Remote support
- We handle commissioning, settings and many faults via remote access, usually within 24 to 48 hours. We send you spare parts and arrange on-site visits with you.
How a delivery abroad works
Enquiry
Country, location, machine type and product range. By phone, email or configurator, in German or English.
Quote
Net prices, shipping and delivery time in a PDF. We verify your VAT ID before invoicing.
Production and shipping
Production starts after production release, and you receive photos of every machine before shipping. The forwarder delivers to your address with insurance.
Commissioning
Instruction via remote access or video. You then confirm receipt to us, and support works just as for our customers in Germany.

Which countries do you deliver to?
To all EU countries and to other European countries such as Switzerland. For destinations outside Europe, please ask us directly.
What does shipping abroad cost?
€300 net per machine, insured, by freight forwarder. For deliveries to countries outside the EU, customs clearance and import charges of the destination country are added.
Do I have to pay German VAT?
Not if your company has a valid VAT ID from another EU country. We then deliver tax-exempt as an intra-Community supply, and you pay tax on the acquisition in your country. Without a valid number, we have to charge German VAT.
Is there service abroad?
Yes. We handle commissioning, settings and many faults via remote access, and we send you spare parts. On-site visits are arranged with you case by case.
How long does delivery take?
That depends on the model, the manufacturer and the destination country. The delivery time is stated in your quotation and runs from production release.
