How to find the right vending machine

Location, target group and range are what count. Offices and companies run snack, drinks and coffee vending machines; shift-work operations and clinics add machines for hot meals. Farm shops and direct marketers rely on fresh produce, egg or frozen food vending machines, while leisure locations use ice cream, pizza and entertainment machines. Buy or lease

In the online shop, you buy every vending machine directly by bank transfer, direct debit or invoice. Leasing through our partner leasing companies is available on request; financing always requires a down payment of 50% of the purchase price. Leasing preserves liquidity, the instalments are usually tax-deductible as a business expense, and the leasing company handles the credit check and contract. Our offer is aimed exclusively at businesses; all prices are net plus VAT.

Delivery, commissioning and service

The delivery time is 8 weeks. We deliver throughout Europe at €300 shipping per vending machine and commission the machine by remote access, or on site on request. Our technical support is available Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm, and customers can use a free emergency service on Saturdays until 6 pm. We fix many faults by remote maintenance; otherwise a technician comes to your location. We take care of restocking on request, and you are free to source your goods wherever you like.

Frequently asked questions

Which permits do I need for a vending machine?
In Germany, you usually need a trade registration and, for food, registration with the responsible food inspection authority. Installation in public spaces may require a special use permit; for alcohol and tobacco, youth protection rules apply. In other countries, the respective national rules apply.

Can I use card payment?
Yes. The vending machines can be equipped with card terminals for debit and credit cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay, and on request also with coin and banknote validators.

How long does delivery take?
8 weeks from receipt of payment. We agree the exact date with you before delivery.

Can I order as a private individual?
No. We sell exclusively to companies, traders and self-employed persons.
