A vending machine only earns money when it is running. On request, we commission your vending machine on site and remain your point of contact afterwards.
What we take care of
- Commissioning
- We install the vending machine, set up the payment system and compartments and instruct your team.
- Remote maintenance
- We connect directly to your vending machine via TeamViewer, usually within 24 to 48 hours. Most faults are fixed this way without a technician having to travel.
- On-site service
- If a fault cannot be resolved remotely, we arrange an on-site appointment with you straight away.
- Maintenance
- Regular maintenance appointments keep your vending machine ready for operation.
- Spare parts
- A spare parts kit is included free of charge with every order. You can get further parts from us at short notice.
- Restocking
- On request. You are not tied to VendSpot for goods.

Frequently asked questions
How much does the Saturday emergency service cost?
For VendSpot customers, the emergency service on Saturdays until 6 pm is free of charge.
Do I have to buy the goods from VendSpot?
No. You buy your range wherever you like. If you wish, we can advise you on which products sell well at your location.
Do you also deliver abroad?
Yes. We deliver throughout Europe and commission the vending machine by remote access, or on site on request.
