Product description
The Wine Vending Machine TCN-D900-9C(22SP) holds up to 540 bottles and dispenses them safely via an automatic lifting system. The temperature is adjustable so that the wine reaches the customer at the right temperature.
It is operated via a 21.5-inch touchscreen and accepts all common payment methods. Suitable for wineries, wine shops, hotels and restaurants. The sale of alcohol is subject to the requirements of the German Youth Protection Act regarding location and age verification.

Applications
The TCN-D900-9C(22SP) sells wine at the right temperature and dispenses the bottles via a lifting system. The sale of alcohol is subject to the German Youth Protection Act; we agree the appropriate age verification with you.

Technicians / Support
- Availability: Our technical support is available Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm.
- Saturday emergency service: Free of charge for customers on Saturdays until 6 pm.
- Remote maintenance: We fix many faults by remote access, without a technician having to travel.
- On-site service: If a fault cannot be solved remotely, a technician comes to your site.
- Maintenance: Regular maintenance appointments keep your machine ready for operation at all times.
- Spare parts: A spare parts kit is supplied free of charge with your order. Further parts are available from us at short notice.
Restocking
We take care of restocking your machine on request. You are free to choose your product range: you can source your stock from VendSpot, but you are not obliged to.

Youth protection
Selling wine from a vending machine
Under the German Youth Protection Act, a vending machine may only sell alcoholic drinks if it is located in a place that is not accessible to children and young people, or if it checks the buyer’s age technically.
