Our commitments
Delivery time
From receipt of payment. Your vending machine is newly built to your configuration, and we agree the delivery date with you in advance.
Before shipping
Before your vending machine is loaded, you will see photos of the finished unit in your customer account. With a custom design, we only load after your approval.
Remote support
We connect directly to your vending machine via TeamViewer, usually within 24 to 48 hours. If the fault cannot be fixed remotely, we arrange an on-site appointment straight away.
Emergency service until 6 pm
Free of charge for VendSpot customers. During the week, you can reach us from 10 am to 6 pm.
No obligation to buy goods
You buy your range wherever you like. Restocking by us is available on request, not as an obligation.
Manufacturers named
TCN, Magma and Sielaff. You know which unit you are buying and get spare parts through us.
Prices and payment
All prices net plus VAT. We sell exclusively to businesses.

From order to installation
Order
Online in the shop or directly with us. You receive the order confirmation with specification on the next working day.
Manufacturing
Once payment has been received, your vending machine goes into production. You can see the delivery week in your customer account.
Photos
Photos of the finished unit before shipping in your customer account. With a custom design, we only load after your OK.
Delivery
On the agreed date, with installation and instruction on request.
Frequently asked questions
Why does delivery take 8 weeks?
Because we do not sell from stock. Every unit is built to your configuration, with the compartments, payment system and equipment you have chosen. The 8 weeks are fixed for this, equally throughout Europe.
What happens if the vending machine breaks down?
Call us or send a WhatsApp message. Our support connects to your vending machine via TeamViewer, usually within 24 to 48 hours. Most faults are resolved this way without anyone having to travel. If that is not possible remotely, we arrange an on-site appointment straight away.
Does the warranty also apply to businesses?
Yes. The details are set out in our General Terms and Conditions.
Can I get a written quotation before buying?
Yes. In the configurator on every product page, you can download your quotation as a PDF, with all items and terms. Ideal for passing on to management, your bank or a lessor.
