The Ice Cream Vending Machine TCN-FEL-9C(V22) is built for ice cream and frozen desserts. The cooling system maintains a constant temperature of down to -18 °C, and the 22-inch touchscreen guides customers through the selection and shows advertising.
High capacity and robust construction make it ready for busy locations such as outdoor pools, theme parks, cinemas, railway stations and shopping centres.

Technicians / Support
- Availability: Our technical support is available Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm.
- Saturday emergency service: Free of charge for customers on Saturdays until 6 pm.
- Remote maintenance: We fix many faults by remote access, without a technician having to travel.
- On-site service: If a fault cannot be solved remotely, a technician comes to your site.
- Maintenance: Regular maintenance appointments keep your machine ready for operation at all times.
- Spare parts: A spare parts kit is supplied free of charge with your order. Further parts are available from us at short notice.
Restocking
We take care of restocking your machine on request. You are free to choose your product range: you can source your stock from VendSpot, but you are not obliged to.
If you wish, we advise you on which products sell well at your location.
