We set up the payment system and software with you, remotely or with a technician on site.
Terms
Key facts first
Delivery time
Depending on the model and manufacturer. It is stated in your quotation and runs from production approval. Every machine is built to your configuration and checked before shipping.
Payment
Bank transfer, SEPA direct debit or invoice, with a 3% discount for paying the full amount. On direct request, also 50% deposit and 50% before delivery.
Leasing
Through partner leasing companies, with a 50% deposit that we refund once the leasing company has paid. To financing
Service
Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm, remote maintenance and on-site technicians. Saturday emergency service until 6 pm, free of charge for customers.
Stock
Buy your product range wherever you like. We take care of restocking if you wish.
B2B only
We sell only to companies and traders. All prices net plus VAT.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a vending machine cost?
In the shop, prices start at 3,500 euros net. Snack and drinks vending machines are available from 4,800 euros, coffee, frozen food and micro market machines from 6,500 to 7,000 euros. How long does delivery take?
That depends on the model and the manufacturer; the delivery time is stated in your quotation. It runs from production release, i.e. after the down payment is received and, for custom designs, after you approve the draft. We deliver across Europe, insured, and agree the date with you in advance.
Can I pay in instalments or lease?
On direct request we split the payment: 50% on order, 50% before delivery. Leasing is arranged through partner leasing companies with a 50% down payment, which we refund once the leasing company has paid. A cash discount applies only if you pay the full amount. Details on the page Financing.
Do I have to buy my stock from you?
No. Buy your product range wherever you like. We take care of restocking if you wish.
Do I need a permit?
On your own premises, a business registration is usually sufficient. In public spaces you also need a special use permit. The rules differ from country to country. More in our guide Setting up a vending machine.
Do you also sell to private individuals?
No, only to companies and traders.
