What applies to customers in Austria
- Invoice without German VAT
- With a valid UID number, we deliver as an intra-Community supply. The invoice shows no German VAT; your company declares the acquisition in Austria. Without a valid UID number, we have to charge German VAT.
- Shipping as within Germany
- Shipping costs €300 net per machine, as for every delivery within Europe. The forwarder brings the machine to your delivery address with insurance.
- Same power grid
- Like Germany, Austria uses 230 V, 50 Hz and Schuko sockets. The machine is connected just as it would be in Germany.
- Cashless or with euros
- With a card terminal, your customers and staff pay by debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Coin and note validators work with euros, just as in Germany.
- Support via remote access
- We resolve many questions and faults via remote access, usually within 24 to 48 hours. We send you spare parts, and if needed we arrange an on-site appointment with you.
- Clear quotations
- You receive the quotation as a PDF with net prices, shipping and delivery time. On request, we check with our partners whether leasing is possible for your company in Austria.

Production and shipping
Production starts after production release, and you receive photos of every machine before shipping. The forwarder delivers to Austria with insurance.
Commissioning
Instruction via remote access or video. After receipt, you confirm the delivery to us in writing; this is the entry certificate (Gelangensbestätigung) for the tax-exempt supply.

Do you deliver throughout Austria?
Yes, to all federal states. The forwarder delivers to your address with insurance; shipping costs €300 net per machine.
Do I have to pay VAT?
With a valid UID number, we invoice without German VAT. Your company declares the intra-Community acquisition in Austria and can usually deduct the acquisition tax as input tax. This is general information; your tax adviser will assess your individual case.
Do I need a permit for the vending machine?
That depends on the location, the product range and who operates the machine. Questions on trade licensing, food and youth protection are best clarified in advance with your trade authority, i.e. the district authority (Bezirkshauptmannschaft) or the municipal authority (Magistrat). We provide technical data sheets for your application.
Who helps if there is a fault?
We do, first of all, by phone and remote access. Many faults can be fixed this way, and we send you spare parts. If someone needs to be on site, we arrange the visit with you.
How long does delivery take?
That depends on the model and the manufacturer. The delivery time is stated in your quotation and runs from production release; every machine is newly built to your configuration.
