Three shifts, short breaks, and the canteen is only open at lunchtime. Vending machines supply your workforce around the clock with coffee, drinks, snacks and hot meals, right where the work is done.
What counts at the plant

- A break lasts 15 minutes. A vending machine in the hall’s break room saves the walk to the canteen or bakery and keeps people on site.
- Every shift catered for
- Late and night shifts get coffee and a hot meal too. You notice it in the atmosphere and when recruiting new employees.
- Your prices, your subsidy
- You set the selling prices yourself, even at cost price. Credit or subsidies for employees can be set up via the card terminal. Clarify the tax treatment with your tax adviser.
- Capacity
- Large combination vending machines and linked units with many columns, so nothing runs out between two restocks, not even after the night shift.
- Several halls
- One vending machine per break room instead of a central station. We plan with you which unit goes where and what it stocks.
- Work equipment
- Smart lockers or spiral vending machines dispense gloves, hearing protection or small parts. With the right payment system, withdrawals can be recorded per employee.

Which vending machines, which locations, which range. With a PDF quotation for purchasing and management.
Production
8 weeks after receipt of payment. Photos of every unit before shipping, with your approval for custom designs.
Operation
Delivery, with installation and instruction on request. After that, remote support and an on-site appointment if necessary.
Suitable machines
In the break room, the combination of a coffee vending machine and a snack and drinks vending machine has proven itself. Where there is no canteen, a vending machine for hot meals is added.

Will a vending machine replace our canteen?
Usually it complements it. The canteen remains for lunch, while the vending machine covers early, late and night shifts, weekends and coffee in between.
Who restocks the vending machines?
Your caterer, a service provider of your choice or your own team. There is no obligation to buy goods from VendSpot. Telemetry shows the stock levels, so nobody restocks on guesswork.
Can we set up subsidies or employee credit?
Yes, via card terminals such as Nayax. We work out with you what fits your payment and access control system.
How long does delivery take?
8 weeks from receipt of payment, throughout Europe. Every vending machine is built to your configuration.
