The vending machine is a business asset of your company. You buy net, depreciate it over its useful life and receive a proper invoice with VAT shown separately. If you wish, you can finance with a 50% down payment or lease through our partners.

Can we use the vending machine with employee ID cards?
That depends on the payment system. Card terminals such as Nayax allow closed user groups and credit to be set up. We work out with you what fits your access control system.
Who restocks the machine?
You, your caterer or a service provider of your choice. There is no obligation to buy goods from VendSpot.
How long does delivery take?
8 weeks from receipt of payment. Every vending machine is built to your configuration. Before shipping, you will see photos of your vending machine in your customer account.
