Cancellation before delivery<\/h2>

As every vending machine is newly built to your configuration, cancellation is governed by Section 8 of our Terms and Conditions<\/a>:<\/p>
Time of cancellation<\/th>Cancellation fee<\/th>Refund of payments already made<\/th><\/tr><\/thead>
Before production starts<\/td>20% of the order value<\/td>less the cancellation fee<\/td><\/tr>
After production starts<\/td>based on the costs already incurred, at least 80% of the order value<\/td>less the cancellation fee; if the unit can be sold elsewhere, we refund any difference<\/td><\/tr>
After completion<\/td>withdrawal not possible<\/td>no refund; obligation to accept and pay<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>

Refunds are made using the payment method you used, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>

No returns after delivery<\/h2>

Delivered vending machines cannot be returned, as they are custom-made. There is no statutory right of withdrawal because VendSpot sells exclusively to businesses. More on this under Right of Withdrawal<\/a>.<\/p>

Defects and transport damage<\/h2>

Please note transport damage and obvious discrepancies on the delivery note and report them to us in writing within 2 working days. In the event of defects, we are liable as the seller in accordance with Section 10 of our General Terms and Conditions. We handle coordination with the manufacturer, for example for spare parts or repairs.<\/p>
